REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at our store. Due to the personal hygiene and medical nature of contact lenses, we have established a clear and fair return and refund policy to protect your rights.
1. Policy Timeframe
All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package (based on carrier delivery confirmation). If you experience any discomfort, receive an incorrect item, or notice any defects, please contact us promptly.
2. Seller Responsibility: Quality Issues & Incorrect Shipments
If we made an error (such as sending the wrong item, color, or prescription) or if the lenses have quality defects (such as tears, scratches, or manufacturing flaws):
- Full Refund: You are eligible for a 100% full refund, covering both the full product cost and all original shipping fees.
- No Return Required: You do not need to ship the items back internationally. Simply contact our customer support with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. Buyer Responsibility: Subjective Reasons & Ordering Errors
If you wish to request a refund due to subjective or personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong prescription/power, changing your mind, or disliking the style):
- Verification via Cut Lenses: For health and hygiene reasons, opened contact lenses cannot be resold. To prevent fraud without requiring an expensive international return, you must safely cut the lenses in half with scissors and take a clear photo showing the cut lenses, product packaging with LOT/batch number, and a handwritten note with your Order Number.
- Refund & Shipping Deduction: Once verified, you will receive a refund for the product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, a flat shipping fee of 100 THB will be deducted from the total refund amount.
